Sitting in your chair for prolonged periods of time can cause injury and fatigue. In this course, injury prevention specialist, Michael Melnik, uses real-life examples to train your employees on how to sit for long periods of time in ways that minimize fatigue and the demands on the body. Topics also include: feet positioning, the neutral position, the natural curves of your back, and how to relax your body while sitting to prevent unnecessary strain.
