Norovirus: Awareness and Prevention
Noroviruses are different from bacteria and parasites, such as they are not affected by antibiotics, but can still cause serious issues and outbreaks. This health and safety course examines how Noroviruses are transmitted and contracted, how to prevent transmission such as food borne transmission and physical contact, symptoms, and how to contain outbreaks of the infection. All employees in the hospitality and food-service industry should be educated on Noroviruses.
