Provide your team with the tools necessary to be successful at your restaurant. This training course covers the basic safety information that applies to all restaurants and can be used for new employees or as a refresher for your tenured employees. Topics also include: knife safety, safe lifting procedures, preventing slips trips and falls, fire prevention, utilizing the P.A.S.S. procedure for fire extinguishers, and machine guarding.
